Status before implementation Lang Ham 2 was operating 2 air compressors, of which 01 screw air compressor (37kW) was used to supply compressed air for building C and 01 piston compressor (7.5kW) was used to deliver compressed air to the cutting area of the building D.
Load graph of 37 kW screw air compressors Before implementation, Lang Ham 1 was using 2 VSD screw compressors working alternately. Alternate operation was not such an important issue as VSD screw air compressors have longer lifespan and these compressors were operating only 1 shift a day then. The factory could replace screw compressors in Langham 2 with VSD screw compressors moved from Langham 1 to improve the operational efficiency. |
Result The old screw compressors in Langham 2 has been replaced with VSD screw compressors moved from Langham 1.
