Energy Simulation of Residential and Apartment Complex 33 Truc Bach Street
Company name: Residential and Apartment Complex at 33 Truc Bach Street, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi
Operation Field: Renting
Address: 33 Truc Bach Street, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi
Project Summary: The programme offers solutions which are designed not only for achieving energy efficiency but also remaining total investment costs. The specific solutions are: Using high energy-efficient air-conditioning system VRV 4 (Variable Refrigerant Volume); Using high-efficiency LEDs; Using glass box with Solar Heat Gain Coefficient SHGC 0.41 and light transmittance 0.37.
Year of implementation: 2015
Status before implementation The program offers energy-efficient design solutions to achieve energy efficiency without increasing the total investment costs. |
Result The final recommended results show that with the use of VRV 4 air-conditioning system and LED lights, the energy saving ability is up to about 45.5%. According to the building energy simulation experts, initial calculations show that the application of energy saving measures are about to reduce energy consumption by 297 MWh per year, equivelent to 213 tons of CO2 emitted to the environment (with 2015 emission factor is 0.6612 tons of CO2/MWh and national grid loss in 2015 is 7.94%) |
