Result The energy efficiency measures which are proposed by Green Energy USAID Vietnam will save ETC Building 29.2% electricity bills per year and reduce 107.8 MWh energy consumption per year, equivalent to 77 tons of CO2 emitting to the environment (with an emission factor is 0.6612 tons of CO2/MWh and the national grid loss is 7.94% in 2015) |
