Status before implementation Thinh Viet is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. During the production of wooden furniture, a large amount of wood dust is generated, affecting the working environment of workers. The ventilation fan system requires a large number of fans, resulting in a considerable consumption of electricity (with about 10 working hours/day and 300 working days/year). The use of conventional 3-phase AC motors has low efficiency ranging from 70 to 75%. Therefore, the factory has chosen STEELFAN - 138A ventilation fan equipped with a brushless DC inverter motor. |
Result The factory has installed 66 STEELFAN - 138A ventilation fans equipped with brushless DC inverter motor.
