Status before implementation The factory possessed 6 sewing factories and 95 sewing lines, including conventional and servo motor sewing machines. The factory was in the process of replacing the conventional with servo motors in the sewing lines. The total number of sewing machines was 1,678, of which 1,198 had been replaced with servo motors.
