BP14 - Reduce inlet temperature

Status before implementation

The inlet temperature of the compressor was quite high. The temperature difference between the compressor inlet at workshop C and in the environment was about 5°C.

When the inlet temperature increases by 5°C, the power consumption of the air compressor will increase by 1.5%.

Result

Hot air exhaust pipes have been installed for compressors and dryers. The temperature between the compressor inlet at workshop C and the environment is almost the same.

The power consumption of the compressed air system reduces by about 1.7%.
